Ms. Leyla Jafarli is a specialist with about 7 years working experience in Azercell. She has graduated from the Azerbaijan University of Languages, the faculty of International Relationships.
She also has numerous certificates from the well-known entities such as Critical Thinking in Global Challenges by the University of Edinburgh, International Organization Management by the University of Geneva, Managing the Training Function by Management Centre Europe, etc. Ms. Jafarli carries out soft trainings as Time Management, Customer Oriented Services Culture, Journey to Self and Customer Service Management. Currently she works for Azercell LLC as Training Center specialist.
